| My 1963 Morris traveller (ALBERT) owned for 3 years .found badly neglected and left in an old tumbled down vermin infested wooden Garage .Doors Siezed had to climb through the back doors .engine bay was covered in straw dust and mice or rats had chewed the wiring .mice nest in the roof linings and seats .brakes also siezed on .i completley stripped this car inside and out.bought a compressor and resprayed it myself a lot of new parts bought from bullmotifs .now taxed and M.OT.d but still doing odd jobs been hard work but worth it paid £500 for Albert with original reg (1986 PE ) had the reg valued 2006 £3,000 had pleanty of offeres at shows but not interested in selling .thanks for taking the time to read this little bit of history of Albert . |
